Was humid out, and about 70F, and just didn't quite feel comfortable with my 'tempo' pace, so needed to take a 30 second walk break every mile, but was still able to keep a decent pace. 1:15:44 total time, average pace of 9:28,AHR of 158. Splits of 10:09, 9:16, 9:15, 9:15, 9:18, 9:16, 9:14 and 9:57.
