First mile in 10:26, then stretched for 2 minutes, then jogged for 2 minutes at 9:04 pace, then 1/4th mile repeats at 7:19 mile pace, 7:12, 7:13, 7:07, 7:02, 7:13, 7:14, 7:18, 7:11 and a more or less all out one at 6:24. Cool down mile at 10:09 pace. Overall 6.02 miles in 1:00:24, 10:01 pace, 153 average heart rate. Ran in the morning, mid 60s out, comfortable. |
