| 7 miles out on the St Peters course, running with Bob and Tim, though Tim headed back at the 2.5 mile point. Overcast and a bit rainy, run was pretty good though. 1:07:36 total time, average pace of 9:39, splits of 10:03, 9:51, 10:04, 9:25, 9:33, 9:13 and 9:26. Didn't wear my heart monitor, so no guess there. |
