3 miles around the neighborhood. About 45F out and a bit of drizzle, but little wind and fairly comfortable out. Took it easy, felt pretty good being back out there. Splits of 10:14, 10:07 and 9:33, total time of 29:55, average pace of 9:58, AHR of 154. We'll see how Saturday goes.
