Two Hours

Two hour bike ride today, starting from the Lake, going across to the Katy Trail, then south, turning around after 15.3 miles. Fairly nice out and with the holiday there were a ton of people out, especially around the lake. Took it fairly easy for the most part. Trail was no softer than prerain yesterday. 30.62 miles in 2:02:00, avg speed of 15.1mph, best mile 19.2mph with a tail wind. Worst mile was 13.9mph, so not too bad. AHR for the ride was 142.
