One Hour Bike Ride

well, I was planning on riding for two hours, but there was a stiff wind from the southeast, about 20mph, and I just got tired fighting it, so packed it in after about an hour. 16.24 miles in 1:02:00, avg speed of 15.7mph, best mile was 20.4mph. Had several miles below 15mph while going into the wind. AHR of 140, so took it fairly easy.
