Sunday 16 Miler

Originally I was going to run 12 miles, but Judy was running a half marathon thing out on the Katy Trail, so I figured I'd try to run about 3 hours so I wouldn't be waiting around for her much. Run went well, 8 miles southwest on the Katy Trail from downtown St Charles, and then back. Wing was gusty, and it was fairly dry out, warm, but not too bad, in the 70s. Garmin acted up just a bit during the second mile, making it about 1.1 miles instead of 1 mile. Other than that mile, miles were between 10:17 and 10:57, so fairly consistent. AHR was 158, so even that was pretty good. First mile was a bit painful getting going - had the MWG in Chicago Thursday - Saturday, so the lack of sleep and the bad eating and drinking made for one tired morning, but overall the run felt pretty good.
